Two New Cultural Heritage Series Sets

We’re excited to announce two new three-block sets! We now offer a Mexican American CulturCube™ set that highlights three dynamic women who represent Mexico’s greatness in the fields of literature, art, and sport: writer, poet, and educator Rosario Castellanos; legendary artist Frida Kahlo; and famed former golfer Lorena Ochoa Reyes.

The set is designed to include custom-milled initials—or any three letters or numbers—on two sides, painted in the colors of the Mexican flag. Laser-engraved images on one side of each block pay homage to important aspects of Mexico’s history and culture.

We’ve also introduced a three-block set honoring African American legends of sport who not only excelled in their chosen disciplines—boxing, tennis, and track & field—but also demonstrated a deep commitment to breaking barriers of discrimination, bigotry, and injustice. The set includes professional boxing legend Muhammad Ali; professional tennis legends Venus and Serena Williams; and Olympic track and field athletes and activists John Carlos, Tommie Smith, and Peter Norman.

For all of our cultural heritage sets, we include an informational tri-fold featuring biographical summaries, illustrations, and brief but well-researched notes on the cultural iconography etched onto the blocks. The tri-folds are made of ivory-colored, 65 lb. cardstock with a rich linen finish.
